“For there will never cease to be poor in the land. Therefore I command you, ‘You shall open wide your hand to your brother, to the needy and to the poor, in your land”. Deuteronomy 15:11  We have seen days of great need in our family. We are forever grateful for those who are there for us. Your hands do more than care for our physical needs but nourish our emotional ones as well.

The Moberg’s have had their share of hospital fun over the last 6 months. Some not so critical, others just plain hard. I had varicose vein surgery on my leg last October, my dear mom passed away in February, my mother-in-law suffered a heart attack a week later and my daughter went in for constructive jaw surgery 2  weeks ago. Through it all, I have learned there are some amazing caregivers out there. Exceptional doesn’t even describe.

Your compassion to care. Your desire to understand our needs and to explain the many things we just don’t get. Your tender touch and words of comfort. And for the most part, you don’t even know who we are! We are strangers in these fleeting moments never to cross paths again. But you instill in us the memory of good in you. We will never forget.

To you in the medical profession and community health care, we acknowledge your gift of service to us. The seemingly endless and long hours to care for perfect strangers like us have not gone unnoticed. We commend you and appreciate you all.

Thank you.

  • Hi there! I just wanted to ask if you ever
have any trouble with hackers? My last blog (wordpress) was
hacked and I ended up losing several weeks of hard work due to no backup.
Do you have any methods to protect against hackers?

    • Hi Alta. Thankfully I don’t have that problem yet. I get a bunch of updates almost everyday. Maybe it was the way my blog was set up. I would recommend you find someone who can help you or join a private Facebook group with WordPress so you can engage into that community with people who know their stuff. (I just posted a question there tonight). Very helpful. Good luck.
